AFTER 13 YEARS, SOLARVISTA RENAMES FLAGSHIP PRODUCT.
After 13 years, Solarvista renames their flagship product, "Pronto" to "Solarvista".
Since it's launch in 1991, "Pronto" has been the name of Solarvista's flagship Service Management software. Now, after 13 years, it's being renamed from "Pronto" to "Solarvista".
"We've come a long way in this time", said Andrew Pyott, Sales Director, "and now we market our product all over the world. The "Pronto" brand has served us well but unfortunately, it is a common word in many countries, not least the USA, where our current marketing push is taking place. After a great deal of thought, we decided that we needed one word for both the company and the product."
The current version, Pronto 6.0 will be renamed Solarvista 6.0.
