SOLARVISTA ANNOUNCES ON-GOING LIVE "WEBINAR" PROGRAM

Starting in October 2004, Solarvista Software announce that a rolling program of web-based demonstrations will commence allowing prospective customers to gain an insight into Solarvista's technologies and products from the comfort and convenience of their desk. Prospective customers need only register their interest via the www.solarvista.com website and they will be sent an email containing a hyperlink allowing them to gain access to the web demonstration.

"It's not designed to totally replace a face-to-face meeting.", said Andrew Pyott, Sales Director, "but it will allow prospective purchasers of Solarvista's products to see a live demonstration of all our technologies working together, in less than 60 minutes, without needing to travel."

For the first series of web demonstrations, Solarvista intends to present a live walkthrough of the service job lifecycle.

"We'll show how a job can be logged with reference/validation of SLA etc, how the the optimizing scheduler automatically decides which engineer/technician is best for the job, transmits the job to the engineer/technician's mobile device, how the job is processed on the mobile device, and finally how the information is transmitted back to the host for financial analysis", said Andrew Pyott, Sales Director.
