New accessory for Solarvista 6.x keeps customers in touch.

Solarvista Software, the leading developer and vendor and integrated service management, CRM, mobile and scheduling systems, announces a new accessory for Solarvista 6.x... the Customer Web Self Service product. This new accessory allows users of Solarvista 6.x to facilitate web based access to their host system for their customers. With this product added, your customers can:

 

a) Securely login using email ID and password

b) View existing service orders and associated status/history

c) Register new service requests

d) Manage user access control

 

"First and foremost, we've designed the Customer Web Self Service product to be easy to use", says Andrew Pyott, Sales Director. "Our research has told us that our customers' customers want quick and easy access to their service data without the need for training."
