Integrate with your legacy systems.

Perspective

In today's complex business IT environment, it's likely that you'll already have an existing ERP, accounting, manufacturing or even separate CRM solution. Although Solarvista™ 7.0 can operate successfully as independent applications, it may be unrealistic, impossible or simply undesirable to decommission other systems which support other aspects of the business. To meet this challenge, Solarvista™ has developed Solarvista™ 7.0 Interface.

Introducing Solarvista™ 7.0 Interface

Solarvista™ 7.0 Interface, allows core business data to be read into Solarvista™ 7.0 ready for use in the Solarvista™ 7.0 system. Data may be imported or exported on a batch or scheduled basis using simple text files placed in a system directory as a protocol. Control of data flow is managed by the application and any errors reported for investigation and resolution. Typical uses consist of automatic billing data transfer (to a 3rd party accounting system) and stock control management (booking stock from another system and recording stock used when fitted by a field mobile worker) .

The data types which may be imported into Solarvista 7.0 are as follows:
