SHEFFIELD, UK (January, 2012)

To ensure you are not without the essential support your business relies on, for an additional monthly cost, one or both of these services can be purchased in order to ensure there is always an expert on hand.

Critical Failure Cover, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week will ensure that there is always a Solarvista specialist available to help your staff in the case of a business critical priority 1 problem occurring.

Whilst with our Extended Service Hours, our application experts are on hand to offer a full product help desk service to support Solarvista 7, including voice-based and email-based support from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday. This service is not only ideal for those of our customers working outside of the GMT time zone, but also for any businesses who wish for service packs to be applied outside of their daily working hours.
