This enables the customer to receive immediate service without the need to ask the customer to identify themselves using name, address, postcode, customer reference numbers etc. This means that service requests can be registered in the minimum of time. Also, when calling the customer, the customer service agent can use the software to dial, thus saving time and occasional errors dialling using a phone handset. The record of the call itself will be automatically recorded in Solarvista 7.
