Interface

Integrate with your legacy systems.

Perspective

In today's complex business IT environment, it's likely that you'll already have an existing ERP, accounting, manufacturing or even separate CRM solution. Although Solarvista 7 can operate successfully as independent applications, it may be unrealistic, impossible or simply undesirable to decommission other systems which support other aspects of the business. To meet this challenge, Solarvista™ has developed Solarvista 7 Interface.

Introducing Solarvista 7 Interface

Solarvista 7 Interface, allows core business data to be read into Solarvista 7 ready for use in the Solarvista 7 system. Data may be imported or exported on a batch or scheduled basis using simple text files placed in a system directory as a protocol. Control of data flow is managed by the application and any errors reported for investigation and resolution. Typical uses consist of automatic billing data transfer (to a 3rd party accounting system) and stock control management (booking stock from another system and recording stock used when fitted by a field mobile worker).

Data Imports

The data types which may be imported into Solarvista 7 are as follows:

  • Customer Names and Addresses
