Overview

We are expanding our onboarding provision, and are recruiting personable and consultative individuals to help provide a fantastic customer experience for those using our products.

Solarvista™ LIVE is designed to rapidly help you manage your field service & workforce using the latest cloud technology. It manages customer information, assets/equipment, service levels, agreements, scheduling, task control, part usage, billing and business intelligence. Built upon our innovative Zappflow™ technology (available as a separate product), it enables full customisation of fields, entities, workflows, forms and web portal with instant publishing to web & offline capable mobile apps that work on iOS®, Android® and Windows®.

Position

Software Support Technician

Salary: £22k to £26k p.a. 

Hours: Monday-Friday, 0900-1700

Location: Sheffield Office

NOTE: Initially working from home may be required subject to government restrictions.

Responsibilities

You will be working in the Onboarding and Success (Support) teams, responsible for all aspects of the customer experience from initial contact, through the implementation phase and then day to day operations/support and customer expansion.

  • Supporting customers through the onboarding  & implementation process by providing support and guidance to customers as required.
  • Liaising with clients about how to solve issues.
  • Configuring trial/demonstration accounts for prospects.
  • Identifying efficiencies and improvements for usage of the software.
  • Building integrations between our software and to third party applications (usually via the Microsoft Azure eco system).
  • Using Logic Apps in Microsoft Azure to provide additional functionality (data import/export, 3rd party system connectivity, etc.).
  • Supporting customers on a long-term basis to ensure they continue to derive benefit from their usage of the Solarvista products/services and securing subscription renewals.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and/or video communications with customers and team members.
  • Be able to solve problems, responding to clients’ needs by suggesting solutions and improvements.
  • An ability to multitask, balancing several clients and tasks at once.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft suite: Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365
