Solarvista LIVE has been designed from the very beginning to offer the highest levels of security. It’s also been designed to be ‘corporate friendly’. It runs entirely within Microsoft Azure cloud data centres.
In terms of security, we use what is called claims-based, federated security. This means that you can control individual user access through identity services provided by Microsoft Azure.
All data transmitted to and from Solarvista LIVE is encrypted using SSL (”Secure Sockets Layer”) which means that data cannot be read by any other party. This is the same encryption used by online shops, banks and payment services.
Solarvista LIVE is hosted in Microsoft Azure Data centres, based in the ‘West EU’ region (Netherlands) as standard. UK based hosting can be offered for enterprise customers, if required for regulatory purposes.
Yes. The Solarvista LIVE can be downloaded straight from your app stores on to iOS, Android and Windows devices. The apps are functionally identical so employees can be free to choose which device to use and there's no need to purchase new devices as they will work on your existing ones.
The desktop portal can be run on any browser and all you need is an internet connection and your login details. The mobile apps can be downloaded from all public app stores and work on all device types meaning you don’t have to change your devices. Simply download, login and start working! They even work offline to maximise productivity out in the field.
All subscriptions come with access to the help centre from within the portal which entails an extensive library of resources to help you get started.
In addition to our free resources, we also offer an optional fixed price on-boarding package which includes setup and configuration of Job templates & forms if required, combined with introductory training done remotely using web meetings.
Yes! You can easily connect to 1,000+ apps through Zapier. We also have Microsoft® OneDrive™ connectors with the ability to read/write files from specific location. Microsoft® Power BI connectors with push post to data table created via web portal.

You will have the option to continue with a paid for subscription and this can easily be updated within your account. Simply enter you card details on the account and choose the quantity of users you require.
If you decide not to go ahead with the software, the free trial will end after 30 days and you will be able to close your account at any time. We do not take card details for your trial and therefore you will not be charged.

Yes, you can start with our entry level product which is the Lite edition which is our low-cost starter plan for small businesses with some restrictions.
As you grow, you can easily upgrade to the Standard edition which is our most popular edition and is an unrestricted plan with standard cloud services integration. You can even go beyond that and grow to our Enterprise edition which is the full unrestricted plan with advanced integration features or services. This edition is built entirely around the complexities of large organisations where the demand for support and developer API access is covered.
