Release notes Live Services V2.5.0.25199. We are pleased to announce that we have released a new version of the Live Services, V2.5.0.25199, which fixes several issues that you may have encountered. With this new release, we have fixed the following:

Fixes:

  • Issue 15611 - Revisit work item creation did not update work order on original work item Issue.
  • 17688 - Event logs have no associations or links: We have resolved an issue where event logs did not have any associations or links to the work items or work orders that they relate to. With this fix, event logs will have proper associations and links, allowing you to easily trace and track the events that occur in your work items and work orders.
  • Issue 19215 - History - Subject Ref and Detail not being set on history record: We have resolved an issue where the Subject Reference and Detail fields were not being set on the history record when a field was updated in a work item or a work order. With this fix, all the fields that are updated will be populated in the history record, providing you with a complete and accurate history of your work items and work orders.
  • Issue 19319 - Recurring Work Item Service partially failing when Site has null Opening-Times value: We have resolved an issue where the Recurring Work Item Service was partially failing when a Site had a null Opening-Times value. With this fix, if the Site has a null Opening-Times value, it will default to 24-7 opening times, ensuring that the Recurring Work Item Service runs smoothly and creates recurring work items as expected.
  • Issue 19531 - Invalid message in event log: We have resolved an issue where an invalid message was appearing in the event log, stating that an Agreement field could not be found in the Equipment. This message was incorrect, as the Equipment data source does have an Agreement field. With this fix, this message will no longer appear in the event log.
