Release Notes: Web Portal V3.12.3.25443. This release includes a number of bug fixes and introduces new feature. 

New Features:

• Feature 19530 - allows data source grids to show row Created/Updated values
• User Story 19641 - phone an email intents are now used when showing on text fields

Fixes:

• Bug 19253 - Fixed an issue where Work Item creation validation failed if you attempt to create an item without a user, but then selected a user
• Bug 19686 - Work Item and Data Source list items are now being removed from the main menu for users without basic read permission
• Bug 19656 - Work Item Template views can now be loaded for users with limited Work Item permissions
• Bug 19696 - Resolved an error shown on Activity Quickview when loading for a user with only User Group rights
• Bug 19711 - Users without write permissions for views can no longer duplicate views and save them as shared
