Release notes Web Portal V3.7.0.24665. This is a re-release of Portal V3.7.0.24663V3.7.0 with added features and Bug fixes. This release includes a fix for the file picker on WorkItems that previously caused issues. 

Fixes:

• Issue 10703 stops the ability for users to add empty files to work items, which were causing apps to not download and be stuck in a download/fail loop. 
• Issue 18174, where Template Library was only showing the 20 oldest Drafts App Templates.

New Features:

• We have also added a new feature that allows editing of Enabled/Required expressions for Forms on Work Items, which will supply a workaround for Issue 18836.
