HTS Group Ltd, a Local Authority Trading Company wholly owned by Harlow Council, has been delivering essential property and environmental services to the Harlow community since 2017. From housing repairs and facilities management to waste services and environmental maintenance, HTS plays a vital role in keeping the town running smoothly.
